Minute 1 — rapport hook tied to their LinkedIn (no weather talk, no "love your background")
Minute 2 — the question that surfaces budget without asking about budget
Minute 3 — the question that surfaces timeline without asking about timeline
Minute 4 — the technical objection their role/seniority will raise — pre-empt it
Minute 5 — the close to next step, with two options not one
Banned words: "pain points," "challenges," "goals."
Why it works
The minute-by-minute structure forces tight thinking. Banning the discovery clichés forces the AI to find better language. Asking for two CTA options models a real sales motion.
