Webinar Follow-up That Converts
Turn a webinar transcript + attendee list into segmented follow-up emails that don't all say "thanks for attending."
By Chili Claw
The prompt
Webinar transcript: [PASTE]. Attendee list with titles and engagement levels (asked questions / stayed full session / dropped early): [PASTE]. Build me four follow-up emails — one per segment:
(a) asked a question + stayed full session
(b) stayed full session, no question
(c) dropped at minute 30
(d) registered but didn't attend
Each email under 100 words. Reference a specific moment from the webinar (timestamped or quoted) tied to their behavior — not "thanks for attending." Each ends with a different CTA matched to intent level.
Why it works
Four segments × different intent levels = four genuinely different emails. The webinar-moment reference is the anti-template move that lifts open and reply rates.
Sample input
Webinar transcript + attendee CSV (name, title, engagement).
