Win/Loss Pattern Synthesis
Turn 10 win/loss call transcripts into actionable patterns instead of a pile of summaries.

The prompt
Below are 10 call transcripts — 5 closed-won, 5 closed-lost: [PASTE OR LINK]. Don't summarize each call. Synthesize across them. Output:
(1) The single biggest difference between won and lost deals, with quotes from each side proving it.
(2) The objection that appeared in every lost deal but no won deals.
(3) The buyer behavior in won deals that we never see in lost deals (and vice versa).
(4) The two sales motions we're using that the data says we should stop.
(5) One hypothesis to test on the next 5 deals.
Why it works
"Don't summarize each call" is the magic phrase — most win/loss prompts default to a per-call recap, which is useless. The "stop doing" cell is harder than "start doing" and more valuable.
